Soooooo smooth. Great atmosphere, too!Posted on Kai HendersonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Way Station Brew is one of those places you walk into and immediately feel like you want to stay awhile. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and just has that effortless charm that makes it easy to settle in, whether you’re working, catching up with someone, or just taking a quiet moment for yourself. And their mocha? Genuinely one of the best I’ve had. Rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced.Posted on Jessica StengerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I came up in Brooklyn working at a place just like this that’s long gone. I miss it. This spot also has Lots of gluten free options. My Only One star deducted is for NO laptop plugs or chargers. I needed to do work while my car was being serviced at Honda of Berkeley but my laptop was at 10%. Would have LOVED to do it here with my coffee and breakfast, but alas. I also wonder if they are under new ownership? Ultimately come here & keep this place going. Apparently, they have game nights and stuff in the evening!Posted on Rebeca StaceyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. True gem of a place! Berkeley needs more places like this, instead of the endless chain restaurants all over Telegraph. Because it’s situated in a more residential area, Way Station keeps a unique quiet charm. Their coffee and food are always phenomenal (look at that latte art!) and the atmosphere is great—whether you want to work, read a book, or socialize.Posted on Siddhartha JainTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Staff are so lovely and welcoming.Posted on A. D. KingTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is one of those spots where the food and drinks are so solid, the whole place so cozy (including the lovely patio), and the workers and owner so nice that I almost don't want to tell people about it lest they get attached to it, too. I used to come here fairly often when I lived in the area and it was always a respite. I hope they stick around forever, to be honest. And huge kudos to the owner for supporting folks with difficulties who need employment.
