Pricing

Venue buyout after business hours: 7-10pm

  • Mon-Thurs: $1200
  • Fri-Sun (and holidays): $1500

For longer events or events during business hours (8am-6pm), please inquire.

  • Three hour minimum for all events.
  • Staffed (manager, one barista and one cook).

Catering / Food

Our chef will work with you on menu options, special food requests, and accommodate dietary restrictions. 

We can also provide food from our regular menu.

Beverages

We also offer a variety of wines, beers, ciders, non-alcoholic beverages and specialty coffee drinks. We roast our coffee beans in-house.

Catering per person starts at $35, depending on menu choices.

FAQ  NOTE: I’m shooting from the hip, please edit as you see fit. 

All rentals are 5 hours and events must end by 10 pm. This includes setup and breakdown.

We recommend reserving our venue at least two months in advance. Anything closer to your desired date cannot be guaranteed.

We can hold a date for 72 hours without a deposit. 

In order to secure a date we request a $500 deposit – fully refundable after the successful completion of the event – and a signed contract. 

Also, we do require a certificate of insurance (COI) for your event, which can be purchased online.

Yes, we allow amplified music. You can bring your own equipment and we can offer you the use of our PA system. We are also happy to book a (jazz) band for you. Please ask us!

  • No hanging of any materials on light cables, walls, ceilings, or windows. Freestanding signage and decorations only.
  • Battery-operated LED lights only. No flame, sparklers, or candles indoors and outdoors.
  • No balloons, confetti, poppers, glitter, rice, or flower petals.
  • We do not allow pets, however, ADA service animals are welcome.
  • We do not allow outside food and drinks.
